CF India appoints new Director - welcome Resham Kotecha
We are delighted to announce that Resham Kotecha has been appointed as the new Director of Conservative Friends of India. Resham brings a wealth of political and policy experience to the role, having served in senior positions across government, think tanks, and the charity sector. She has advised Cabinet ministers, stood as a parliamentary candidate, and played key roles in shaping inclusive, forward-looking policy agendas — all of which will be invaluable as CF India enters its next chapter.
Resham has been involved with Conservative Friends of India since its earliest days and is deeply committed to strengthening the ties between the Conservative Party and the British Indian community. As Director, she will lead our strategic direction, expand our grassroots reach, and work closely with stakeholders across politics, business, and civil society to deepen UK–India engagement and support the next generation of Conservative British Indian leaders.
